Over the years, Magrudy’s Loyalty Programme has rewarded our loyal customers. Our current loyalty scheme offers additional benefits, extras, and a new three tier system.

With the new scheme, we have a three tier loyalty membership: Gold, Silver and Blue.

• Gold: Members who earned 4000 and above points within a calendar year
• Silver: Members who earned more than 2500 points within a calendar year
• Blue: Members with 2499 points and below points within a calendar year

Gold

• Exclusive invitations to events e.g. book signings, workshops, book club evenings etc
• Triple points during your birthday month, terms and conditions apply
• Free gift wrapping for every purchase over AED 300.00
• Free 15 points for reusing the Magrudy’s Green Bag
• Exclusive discount days
• For each single purchase of AED 1500.00, an extra 50 bonus points reward throughout the year.

Silver

• Exclusive invitations to events e.g. book signings, workshops, book club evenings etc
• Double points during your birthday month, terms and conditions apply
• Free gift wrapping for every purchase of over AED 500.00
• Free 10 points for reusing the Magrudy’s Green Bag
• Exclusive discount days
• For every single purchase of AED 1500, an extra 25 bonus points reward throughout the year.

Blue

• Exclusive invitations to events e.g. book signings, workshops, book club evenings etc
• Free gift wrapping for every purchase of over AED 750.00
• Free 5 points for reusing the Magrudy’s Green Bag
• Exclusive discount days

How do I upgrade to the next level ?

Blue Card holders will automatically be upgraded to Silver upon reaching 2500 points, while Blue and Silver Card holders will automatically be upgraded to Gold upon purchasing 4000 and above points.

How do I maintain my status ?

As long as you accrue the required number of points each year, your status will remain the same. If you do not reach the required level, you will be sent a Silver or Blue card depending upon the number of points accumulated.

How do I earn and redeem points ?

Every time you shop at Magrudy’s you gain one point for every Dirham you spend. Your points can be used to spend on any purchases made at Magrudy’s.

Please note that loyalty points will not accrue, and may not be redeemed on purchases of newspapers, magazines, event tickets, special discount offers and purchases paid for with vouchers.

Redemption of points for the three tiers

• Gold entitles you to redeem points at a rate of 25 Dirhams for every 250 points earned
• Silver entitles you to redeem points at a rate of 25 Dirhams for every 500 points earned.
• Blue entitles you to redeem points at a rate of 25 Dirhams for every 750 points earned.

You can check your current points and account details online. Whenever you make a purchase, please inform our sales assistants if you wish to redeem your points against your purchase. If your card has expired, please do contact the loyalty team.

Points never expire, so any remaining points will be carried over and you won’t lose any benefits.

Note: To be able to maximize the benefits we are giving to our members, please make sure that you are presenting your cards at time of transaction.
