This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the UAE and under UAE law.

Online Ordering Details

By placing and confirming your order on our website you have agreed to our terms and conditions as explained here. A contract between the customer and Magrudy’s for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time providing no payment has been taken.

A handling charge of AED10 will be levied on your order.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. 

Your Right To Cancel

You have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.

If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at uniforms@magrudy.com  quoting your Order Reference No, Date order placed, Name.

Providing the conditions of our returns policy are met entirely (as stated below) you will receive email confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours from receiving the goods back in perfect condition.
