Delivery Information

 

When Will My Items Arrive?

If your order is still processing, that means our team is searching the world for your items! If your order shows as dispatched and hasn't arrived in the expected time, we recommend you first check with your local delivery office. Alternatively, you may contact us with the details and we’ll track it for you.

Dispatch times vary for each seller and product even if they are ordered at the same time. To find out how long an item takes to dispatch or who is the seller, please view the relevant product page.

Items Sold by Magrudy Warehouse:
Once your order has been dispatched, Magrudy's offers the following times for delivery:
UAE: 3 to 7 Days
All other countries: 10 to 28 days

Items Sold by UK Warehouse:
Once your order has been dispatched, our UK supplier offers the following times for delivery:
UAE: 7 to 21 days
All other countries: 14 to 36 days


Shipping Charges for Northern Emirates and Outside Coverage Area

There is a flat shipping fee of AED 25 for all shipments delivered to Al Ruwais, Al Gayathi, Madinat Zayed, other areas of the Western Region, and certain areas of the Northern Emirates. A customer service associate will contact you to discuss such fee and confirm the delivery details.

International Shipping

Kindly note that for all orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates, there is an additional shipping fee which will be calculated and sent by a customer service associate upon confirmation of the order. The rate of such fee is based on destination, weight, and dimensions and must be paid via credit card or bank transfer prior to shipment.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Imports may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country and the recipient will be responsible for such fees and other fees related to customs clearances. Magrudy’s has no control over these fees nor has any means to predict what it may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country - you may contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

My Order Hasn't Arrived:

It's very rare that an order does not get delivered but should your order not arrive, we will issue a full refund after 28 days of your order being shipped. We aim to get your order to you within 28 days, but sometimes delays happen in transit or customs. If your order takes longer than usual, please know we're working hard to get it to you as soon as possible.

Note that we're only able to issue refunds on orders that don't arrive if reported to us within 40 days of your order date. To inform us if your item hasn't arrived, please click the Help button below.

 

Undeliverable Parcels:

Occasionally parcels are returned to us as undeliverable. As we can’t re-dispatch orders that have been returned to us, we’ll instead issue a full refund, including shipping fees. If you'd still like to purchase the items in the parcel, you'll need to place a new order.

A parcel might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:

Incorrect address - If the address is incorrect or outdated the parcel will typically be returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check the address carefully when placing your order.

Incorrect address format - If our system doesn't recognise the way an address was entered the parcel may be assigned to a carrier that can't deliver to that address.

Failed delivery attempts - Most of our carriers will make more than one attempt to deliver a parcel. If they find that they can't successfully deliver your parcel it'll be returned to us.

Damaged in transit - If a parcel is damaged while it's on its way to you the carrier may return it without attempting delivery.


Click & Collect Policy:

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your proof of purchase (either digitally or printed). We will also ask for the mobile number used to place the order.

If you wish to designate another person to pick-up your order, they must bring a forwarded copy of your proof of purchase with your written consent, including the full name of the designated person that matches their government-issued photo ID.

You must pick up your purchase no later than 1 week after your selected pick-up date. If you do not pick up your order within this period, your purchase will be returned to the Magrudy’s dispatch location. A maximum of 3 attempts to contact the customer will be made for collection reminder.

 

Returns Policy:

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange, replace, or receive a store credit within 7 days from receipt of such purchase and following the guidelines set out in these https://www.magrudy.com/termsandcondition

Items purchased from Magrudy.com may be returned within 7 days from receipt of the purchase. Such items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging, with all the labels and tags attached. Returns that do not comply with these criteria may be accepted at our sole discretion.

Should you wish to return your purchase and the items satisfy the above criteria, we will issue a refund towards the original mode of payment and will reflect on your account within the standard 7 to 10 working days. You may also opt to exchange to a different item, provided above criteria is similarly met. All returns and exchanges are processed through our shops and it is imperative you visit any of our branches https://www.magrudy.com/ourstore to proceed.

The following items cannot be exchanged: special orders, dated items such as diaries and calendars, sale/clearance/discounted items, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, or other content contained on the digital media, travel books, study aids, textbooks, past papers, children’s music books, annuals, cookbooks, altered items, socks, and swimwear.
