Refund Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange, replace, or receive an online store credit for your purchase within 7 days of collecting your order and following the guidelines set out in these terms.

Items purchases via magrudy.com may be returned, within seven days of your receipt of such items which are new, unused, in the original packaging, and with all the labels and tags still attached. All items returned in accordance with these criteria will be refunded to the original purchaser's credit card (excluding all shipping costs, international customs duties and sales taxes). Returns that do not comply with these criteria may be accepted at our sole discretion, and may only be refunded as store credit.

The following items cannot be exchanged: Special orders, dated items such as diaries and calendars, sale/clearance/discounted items, CDs, DVDs, and audiobooks, or other content contained on the digital media, travel books, study Aids, Past papers, Children music books, Annuals, Cookbooks.
